LOW PRESSURE OFF THE CALIFORNIA COAST WILL MOVE SLOWLY INLAND
TODAY. MID-LEVEL MOISTURE AND INSTABILITY WILL INCREASE THIS MORNING
AND CONTINUE INTO THE AFTERNOON WITH SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE.
THUNDERSTORMS WILL START DRY AND GRADUALLY TRANSITION TO A MIX OF WET
AND DRY STORMS DURING THE AFTERNOON. FAST STORM MOTIONS WILL LIMIT
THE AMOUNT OF STORMS WITH WETTING RAINS. A SIGNIFICANT NUMBER OF
NEW FIRE STARTS IS POSSIBLE THROUGH THIS EVENING DUE TO LIGHTNING
FROM THESE STORMS.

* THUNDERSTORMS...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP THIS
